Q.  How do I make a content suggestion?
A.  Simply call us on 0800 10 58 60 or email us.

Q. How do I update my content?
A.  Log into your Acclipse Document Manager Administration Module.  Click on the Green button (upload/download content updates) and let it run.  This box will simply disappear when it's done.  Click on the Blue button (review & apply content updates) and keep an eye out for content marked "send to draft" .  Click Update. 

Q.  Why is something is marked "send to draft?"
A.  This means you have most likely customised the piece of content, and it is protected.  You may need to have the new content approved by a manager and it may need to be re-customised.

Q.  How do I change content from Draft?
A.  Open the document properties of (i.e. double-click on) the current content item.  Untick the box marked Protect, Save & Close.  Then open the Draft document and change the status from Draft to Published, Save & Close.

Q.  How do I know what has been changed in a publish?
A.  Download the Content Update Log (if you are an APS user, use this one).  This lists what has been updated in each publish all the way back to 2005!

Q.  Why, when I've just run an update, and you've just released a new version of something, does my content seem out of date?
A.  Check and see if the new one is in your Drafts folder in the Admin Module.

Q.  Is there a full list of all content?
A.  Yes, it's the Master List of content.  This lists every procedure and every tool and weblink linked to that procedure.  This is especially good for reviewing content during your integration phase.

Q.  Can I turn off that annoying "hold down ctrl + click" thing in Microsoft Word?
A.  Yes, go to Tools-->Options in 2003 or Office Button-->Word Options-->Advanced in 2007.

Q. I can't see my Standard text mark or Body start & end, how do I turn them on?
A.  Go to Tools-->Options in 2003 or Office Button-->Word Options-->Proofing in 2007.

Q.  I get a synchronisation error when I go to run my content update - how do I fix it?
A.  Check the time on your computer's clock is correct.  If this doesn't work, please call Acclipse on 0800 946434.

Q.  Why are some documents blank?
A.  This is a SQL error in Acclipse Document Manager, please call Acclipse on 0800 946434.

Q.  I've lost my Acclipse toolbars in Word - how do I get them back?
A.  In Word 2003, go to View --> Toolbars --> Acclipse.  In Word 2007 use Office Button-->Add-ins-->Manage: Disabled Items and enable what you need.

Q. Can I get a complete user manual for Acclipse?
A:  Yes, you can download the User Manual or Administration Manual from the Acclipse website.

Q.  Why do I get an SQL error when I try to open some documents?
A:  This is a SQL error in Acclipse Document Manager, please call Acclipse on 0800 946434.
