The Content Update 60 has been released and is ready for your administrator to download. This Content Update includes:

Dividend Planning and Preparation Tools
We'd like to spotlight content to help you to help your clients with timely dividend planning.
- The updated Step 1 of the Dividend Preparation procedure outlines how you can use two new tools to wow your clients with how onto it you are
- You can send out the new Dividend Planning Letter to the clients who need to use up their remaining imputation credits at 33% before 31 March
- The new Dividend Planning - DWT Script:
- is a prompt to follow up by phone and confirm arrangements around the dividend. And
- for those clients who have used up all their credits at 33% and will either use credits at 30% or a mix of 33% and 30% it also explains Dividend Withholding Tax is due on the 20th of the month following the dividend. And
- it paves the way to combine tax planning with dividend planning
- And to help your team complete the task, we’ve released updated Dividend Workpapers. While the main release of the 2010 edition will be in March, we thought you’d like an update to assist you in the meantime. Most of the changes are minor cosmetic or formatting tweaks but you can click

We've updated the procedure and a number of client questionnaires. Updates include:
- Terms of engagement updated for smoother Replace Fields functionality
- Name of Bank Manager requested where relevant
- Home Office Expenses section updated for clarification
- Debtors and Creditors pages updated on relevant questionnaires
- Updated low value stock references from $5000 to $10000
- Request for more information on FIF Income
