New Clients: Four-Stage Integration Training


Before putting your Business Fitness content solution in place for your team to use (i.e. your 'Go Live'), there are certain tasks that we recommend you perform.  We use the term ‘integration’ when we’re talking about these tasks.  Integration is about assimilating the Business Fitness content into your team’s daily work life. 

To help you do this we provide a four-stage integration training programme.  This is mandatory to ensure your successful integration. 

Training Who attends Details
Stage One – Prepare and Plan  Usually just the Integration Leader A planning session to confirm your integration team, integration approach, key dates and content to review
Stage Two – Prioritise and Review Integration team We confirm roles, your plan and timeframe, and guide your integration team through prioritising and reviewing content
Stage Three – Administrator Training Integration Administrator How to manage content updates, customise content and create new content, set up templates, News page and Knowledge Base
Stage Four – Go Live  Integration team then whole team We confirm integration status and actions with the Integration Team, followed by training for all your team on how to find and use the content

  
Stages One to Three are usually conducted by phone along with an online connection.  Smaller firms sometimes request that Stage Four  be conducted online, while larger firms sometimes request this onsite (or at an external venue).  Your Business Fitness Coach will discuss this with you.
