4 Stage Integration Programme

At Business Fitness NZ we believe in our content and processes and we love it when firms take full advantage of the wealth of material at their fingertips.

After your firm has made the investment in the Business Fitness content, we endeavour to make sure that you have the know-how to use it in a best practice manner.

Every firm is different and has different needs, and our Four Stage Integration Programme is designed to integrate Business Fitness Content into your firm's daily life in a practical and well thought out way.

Each stage is accompanied by a consultation with your integration coach:

 Business Fitness NZ Integration training  

Stage one is a short consultation with your Integration Leader to outline the integration process and start organising the right team members to assist.

Stage two involves discussion on the best way to approach integrating Business Fitness content into your firm, followed by a guided tour around the Business Fitness Content.

Stage three is a training DVD for your Content Administrator, going through the nuts 'n' bolts of administering and managing the content.  This can be watched and re-watched whenever a new task comes to hand.

Stage four is your Go Live session which involves the whole team, from Partners through to part-timers.  Go Live opens with thought provoking exercises on productivity and systemisation and takes the team through how to use all the content and functionality - along with Quickguides for them to keep.
