Client Development

Rachael Hopkins runs our Client Development Centre which provides new client training, customised training and our webinar programme.  Rach has a BA from Otago and a background in customer service, software support and training. 

Rach is able to turn her hand to a wide array of tasks, from client support through to content development, website creation, design and she provides our technical support.  Rach is definitely 'technically savvy' but has the very special skill of being able to translate technical things into common everyday language that our clients can easily understand.
