Content Development

Joan’s key focus is on developing and maintaining the Electronic Workpapers - one of our most significant and crucial pieces of content.  She also answers client questions on using the Workpapers and works closely with our Compliance Reviewer to develop new releases.   

Joan holds a Bachelor of Information Systems and her background includes developing user documentation, software testing, report writing, and database development.   Joan’s passionate about taking a complex idea and developing as simple a solution as possible.
